Unlike some sites, we offer the convenience of web ordering without the need for immediate payment. If you are ordering a display item and would like to add other printing or graphics, this allows you to receive one invoice for your complete order after we have added each item. Additionally, you may also add items and then discuss them with us before being charged for added peace of mind.
After we have confirmed your purchase, we will email you a link to our secure payment site to complete your purchase. If you have an established account with us, you may also request Net 30 billing.
We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards. We also accept e-checks (ACH payments). We have completed PCI certification and are Trustwave Certified in compliance with 2010 credit card security rules. For your protection, we no longer accept credit card numbers over the phone. For credit or debit card payment when the card will not be present, we are pleased to email you an invoice with a link to our secure payment form to complete your transaction. Save a password and we'll remember you for future visits.
Credit accounts are available to qualified national or Georgia businesses after your first order and upon completion and acceptance of a credit application. All work is C.O.D. pending your approved application. Please allow 3-5 days for application processing.
Terms for clients with an account are net 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts past due are subject to late payment fees and collection costs.Complete terms will be provided with your application. Clients with sales tax exemption should complete an exemption form. Large orders and orders from new clients may require a deposit.

Receiving your finished materials
Presentech offers free next day delivery to many Atlanta zip codes with a qualifying minimum order. Discounted local delivery is also available. We encourage shipping on your UPS or FedEx account number with no shipping mark up. Note that any fees added by the shipping company, including address correction or foreign duty, will be invoiced to you along with a $15 service fee.
Due to the setup time and materials required to process each order, minimums apply to all orders. Please refer to individual sections for the minimum for each product. Please request a quote before submitting your order if you need specific pricing.
Changes or cancellations
Due to the speed at which we print orders, once we have started working on your order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations. At your discretion, you may resubmit your file at a later time as a new order if we have not yet begun to work on your order. For your protection, all changes must be in writing. A new completion time will be assigned based on the time we receive these changes. If your quote varies from your written order, your order form shall be used to determine your selections.
Corrections and adjustments
Our goal is total client satisfaction, and we are committed to making your materials the best they can be. If you feel that an error has been made in the production of your materials, please call us within 3 days for an inspection. Materials damaged during shipment should be reported directly to the carrier. Please retain all shipping materials for their inspection. Complimentary remakes due to our error are from the same file. If you also need to change the content of your file, we will split the difference and offer you a 50% discount off the cost of your original order.
Limit of liability
Presentech will take caution to ensure the safety of your materials, but does not assume liability for materials damaged or lost by us or any other vendor with whom we may contract on your behalf. If appropriate, items of value sent to Presentech should carry the necessary insurance to cover loss or damage. Common sense precaution: Under no circumstances should you send us any computer file that is your only copy!
Presentech must have legally binding permission to duplicate materials that are so marked or known to be protected by copyright. Purchaser agrees to comply with all copyright and trademark legislation, and warrants that by submitting material to us that they have complied with such legislation. By submission of a job the client agrees to indemnify and hold Presentech free and harmless of all suits, claims, damages and other liability and expense which may arise directly or indirectly or by reason of services performed by Presentech for the client.
Materials damaged or lost during shipping
Presentech ships via common carrier as a courtesy, but claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the client. We insure all packages and will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork, but payment of outstanding invoices in not affected by the delivery or claim status of your package.
